PTO Mission Statement
The mission of the PTO is to carry out activities that support, promote, provide, and enhance the educational experience of the students of Denison High School. The PTO provides support for special events and programs that are unable to be funded by other means. The PTO also gives parents, staff, and the entire community the opportunity to work together to make Denison High School an exceptional school for our students.

YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE!
Become a member. When you become a member of the PTO, you not only support it financially, but you give yourself a stake in the future of the organization and its impact on the school. Members have voting rights at General Sessions and at the spring elections of board officers.
Serve as an officer or committee chairperson. Individuals are the backbone of the PTO and fresh ideas and new faces are always appreciated.
Attend special events and fundraisers. The more, the merrier! Such events raise funds to support the PTO's programs and show the community just how much school spirit we have.
Volunteer for special events and fundraisers. Again, the more, the merrier! Volunteers are always needed and appreciated for PTO events. It's a great way to get to know your school, the staff and the students.
Support your child's participation in PTO events. The PTO sponsors many in-school events, Be sure to encourage and support your child's participation in these special programs.
Provide financial support. The PTO funds many programs for Denison High School. Funds for these programs are always tight and direct financial contributions are always appreciated.
Provide feedback about the PTO and the school. If there's something you'd like to say, we'd like to hear it! Comments, questions and concerns are always welcome.
