Language Arts Spelling- unit 12- mother, country, light, father, let *Remember that our words are always recycled! Look in your child's planner for previous words! Skill in spelling- compound words VS words with suffixes Language- DOL(Daily Oral Language) Writing- Writing to tell WHY Word of the Week- superb- excellent, great Idiom of the Week- It goes in one ear and out the other.- He is not paying attention.

Math We are studying multiplication. We will be putting our multiplication skills to use by working with words problems/problem solving. |
Science We are going to study the Earth's Land. We will be studying the following: the layers of the Earth- crust, mantle, core landforms slow and rapid changes to the land- ex. erosion, weathering, earthquakes, volcanoes soil and the different types how soil is made resources and how to conserve them |
