Unit XI instruction will begin on 05/09/2013 and end on 05/20/2013.

Our focus and preparation in Unit XI will be on the Gas Laws.

The exam and retest window for Unit XI will begin on 05/21/2013 and end on 05/23/2013.

Click on the TEA tab below for links to EOC/STAAR practice tests for Chemistry. 

The STAAR/EOC exam for Chemistry has been administered! In class Chemistry Curricullum review exercises for units I-XI was from 04/26/2013 thru 05/03/2013.   

Results for the EOC test should be available shortly after Memorial Day (05/27/2013). 

Class Schedule

Tutoring - 3:45pm till 4:30pm Monday,Tuesday, and most Fridays (unless conferencing); Period 1 - Chem I (A/B): 8:09-8:56AM; Period 2 - Chem I (A/B): 9:00-9:47AM; Period 3A - Planning (Block, A): 9:51-11:18AM; Period 3B - Chem I (Block, B): 9:51-11:18AM Period 4A- Chem I (Block, A): 11:22-1:18PM; Period 4B - Chem I (Block, B): 11:22-1:18PM; Period 5A - Chem I (Block, A): 1:22-2:49PM; Period 5B- Planning/Professional Learning Period 6 - Chem I (A/B): 2:53-3:40PM; My conference periods are 3A and 5B (except Thursdays and Fridays on"5B" days which are reserved for Professional Learning); Lunch will be the "A" lunch schedule from 11:18-11:48 (4A only) and the "B" lunch schedule (4B only) for 10th graders from 11:52-12:18PM

ALL of my students are expected to bring to class with them each day their textbook, 3 ring notebook (with paper), pen/pencil and scientific calculator.
