If you are experiencing problems with your Palm Syncing -You may want to Save the Palm software to the desktop
and installed it from there. If you continue to have problems - Tech person will need to  log in
and delete the person out of the User Accounts under the Control Panel
and then run the Palm install from the Desktop.
