The Denison ISD District Plan and Campus Plans were developed by a variety of stakeholders including parents, teachers, nurses, administrators, counselors, and custodial, maintenance and transportation staff.  We wish to thank all of the individuals who contributed time and perspective to the development of these plans.

The conditions surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic are continually evolving, and the Denison ISD Safe Return to School Plan will be constantly evaluated to adapt to the continuing trends of the COVID-19 virus, especially in Denison and Grayson County.

In keeping with Denison ISD’s practices to respond to COVID-19, we are required to notify stakeholders of all lab-confirmed cases of COVID-19 present on a Denison ISD campus. Due to privacy requirements, we will not be releasing the name of the individual or details that may identify him or her.

We work closely with the Grayson County Health Department on each matter and Denison ISD will continue to proceed forward utilizing the protocols and procedures outlined in the Denison ISD Return To School Plan on the Denison ISD website.
