We strive to control costs while ensuring the uninterrupted flow of products and services necessary to effectively and efficiently operate the district. Our goal is to acquire the necessary resources through prudent competitive purchasing practices and excellent customer service. The Denison ISD Business Administration office is responsible for the following functions:

Mayes Elementary Gym Re-Roof and Related Work

The Denison Independent School District will receive competitive sealed proposal for the Mayes Elementary School Gym Re-Roof and Related Work until 2:00 pm, Tuesday, March 23, 2020, at the Business Office of Denison Independent School District, 1201 S. Rusk, Denison, Texas at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened.  Any proposal received after closing time will be returned unopened.


Proposed forms and contract documents are available at the District Service Center, 3906 Hwy 91, Denison, Texas.  Phone number 214-726-6345. Copies of documents may be obtained by leaving a one-hundred-dollar ($100.00) deposit check made out Denison ISD for each set of documents so obtained.  Such deposit will be refunded to each person who returns the plans and specifications in good condition within ten (10) days after proposal opening.


A Bid Security executed by the bidder, and acceptable sureties in an amount equal to five percent of the bid, shall be submitted with each bid.  The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory performance and payment bonds as required.


Denison ISD reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, or to waive any informality in the bidding.  No proposals will be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) calendar days subsequent to the opening of proposals without consent of Denison ISD.


Notice:  There will be a mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference at 10:00 am on Tuesday, March 16, 2021 in the District Service Center conference room, 3906 Hwy 91, Denison, Texas.  All interested Bidders are required to attend this conference.
