All proposals need to be submitted through this system to be accepted. No phone calls concerning this application will be accepted. All communication about this RFP will only be provided via the Q&A section of this RFP in which questions and answers will be posted publicly.


Responses received after the stated deadline may be deemed non-responsive. All vendors must comply with Texas Education Agency Financial Accountability Guidelines found in Module 3: Purchasing.

RFP# - 19260.0000 - 12/2019

Competitive Sealed Proposals for general construction of the Denison ISD – HVAC and Roof Replacement and the Denison High School Tennis Modular Restrooms will be received by Mr. Randy Reid, Denison Independent School District, 1201 South Rusk Avenue until 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, December 5th, 2019.  Each Proposer shall identify their proposal by typing on the outside of the envelope “COMPETITIVE SEALED PROPOSAL FOR THE SCOTT MIDDLE SCHOOL HVAC AND ROOF REPLACEMENT, AND THE DENISON HIGH SCHOOL TENNIS MODULAR RESTROOMS.”  Proposals received by hand delivery or mail after 2:00 P.M. (Central Time) Friday, November 22, 2019 will be returned unopened.  Proposals will be opened publicly and read aloud in the Conference Room at approximately 2:05PM. Only the name of the parties submitting proposals and the monetary amount of their proposals shall be read aloud.

Sealed Proposals for Construction Manager-at-Risk for the construction of 2019 bond program project to include Mayes Elementary School and Hyde Park Elementary School for the Denison Independent School District will be received at the Denison ISD Administration Building, Attention: Randy Reid, 1201 Rusk, Denison, Texas, until 10:00 am (Local Time), Tuesday, December 17, 2019. Proposals received by hand delivery or mail after that time will be returned unopened.


A pre-proposal conference will be held at the Denison ISD Administration Building on Tuesday, December 3rd at 2:00 PM. Attendance is not mandatory but is encouraged by all proposers.


No proposer shall withdraw a proposal within forty five (45) days after the actual date of opening thereof.


The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all proposals.

RFP# - # 1909 - 01/2020


The Denison Independent School District, (hereinafter "District"), is inviting proposals from licensed and qualified vendors (hereinafter "Respondent") to provide two-way communication services through a repeater system. Said services will include the radios for buses, radios for offices/classrooms, service& installation, licensing, and connection to the tower site repeater. A copy of this RFP can be obtained from the District's website at until the expiration date of this solicitation. It is incumbent upon the Respondent to check the website for additional information and/or addendums. The following is the District's tentative schedule for the selection of a qualified contractor:
Request for Proposal - January 6,2020
Deadline for Questions - January 20, 2020 no later than 10:00 AM, CST
Deadline for submitting RFP - February 3, 2020 no later than l:30 PM, CST
